takes the PIFA SD Stage

TAUPOU SAMOA CULTURAL ARTS is dedicated to preserve, cultivate and promote our Samoan heritage through cultural enrichment in language, music, dance, storytelling, and creative arts. We aim to provide opportunities and platforms for education, raising awareness, and fostering a deeper understanding of self-identity, traditions, and cultural heritage.

Our intent is to provide and serve our community to curate a space to be held for our people and fellow bipoc communities to be heard, seen and valued . As a community we are committed to reaching excellence in every aspect and field we can reach. With the support of our people over many years, we are excited to embark on a journey with our 501(c)3 non profit.  Taupou SamoaCultural Arts envisions fostering community engagement and providing resources that support our Samoan and Pasefika people in the realms of arts, fitness, health and wellness, mental health, life skills, and advocacy. We are dedicated to empowering youth, adults, and elders, ensuring they thrive in all aspects of their lives. We want to build a space for future generations to have reliable tangible resources to feel connected to their roots and reach them in ways other outlets may not be able to. As we work with youth, adults, elderly, disabled, qtpi (queer, trans Pacific Islanders) our hopes of success is making a space for our people to call home and feel a sense of belonging here in the states. As pasefika people we navigate a wide spread of different experiences and lifestyles. As we curate a safe space together, we highlight the essence of Alofa (love) as we tackle the disparities within our communities.

Together we will strive for pasefika excellence and wellbeing while cultivating healthy change. We urge our people to make up the space and bridge the gaps while uplifting, encouraging and spreading love for you, for each other and for generations to come. Our Why is beyond us, we serve for our community and people and their children and the generations that will come after us. We honor those before us, serve those beside us and give for those to come. We as TAUPOU SAMOA CULTURAL ARTS, look forward to serving our community in the ways our people need us, to provide opportunities to those who come from our beautiful islands.
